Job Description
The mission of the HR Specialist (Operations) is to handle and solve the below areas in the operations teams (call center, commercial, etc.):
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of great candidates.
● Partner with Hiring Managers to draft, refine and adapt job descriptions.
● Own the recruitment process from A to Z.
● Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate the best recruitment approach for them.
● Analyze the recruitment performance, cost per hire, and time to hire.
● Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
● Prepare requested and related reports.
