Job Description

● Provide professional operational support on a wide range of HR processes. ● Implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes. ● Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews ● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely manner. ● Conduct Job satisfaction and engagement surveys. ● Develop and implement employer branding strategies. ● Manage the exit process, including conducting ad-hoc exit interviews. ● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems. ● Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications. ● Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. ● Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate. ● Prepare monthly and annual HR and budget reports.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● More than 4 years of progressive experience in all aspects of Human resources (Preferably in holding or group companies) ● Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with high growth and ambiguity. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). ● Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ● Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Good command of English. ● Detail-oriented. ● Age range: 30 to 35 years old.
