● Conceptualize and create a wide variety of branding initiatives, digital and print campaigns, print and digital catalogs, and in-store signage projects.
● Responsible for leading an in-house graphics team, managing their project workflow, and communicating the needs of the team to managers.
● Develop brand identity, packaging design, photography, design, typography, etc.
Requirements
● More than 7 years of experience creating distinctive and visually engaging designs that embody brand voice and have proven effective in generating sales.
● Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
● Familiarity with motion design software.
● Strong conceptual skills dealing with design, layout, and typography. Must be able to translate those skills into on-brand designs that work across web, tablet, mobile, and print.
● Experience with project management and team leadership, including photography and studio management, and post-production processes.
● A portfolio whose projects communicate brand voice and message, engage the viewer and demonstrate technical proficiency in industry-standard software.
● Having graphic design background in FMCG Industry is a plus.
