Job Description

● Responsible for market development outside of Iran and business development by creating new international partners in the field of sales and marketing. ● Conducting market research to better understand business trends and customer goals. ● Responsible for registering foreign customers. ● Responsible for arranging guest logistics; including visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements. ● Collecting detailed information from the market, customers, and competitors in the field of trade and business based on strategy (SWOT) and examining the space of opportunities and threats, and examining the weaknesses and strengths of the Tanin Arad organization itself, the target sales markets and competing companies in order to achieve To Tanin Arad's big and long-term goals, such as gaining more market sales, branding and market evaluation of Tanin Arad brand to the extent that it increases transparency in the minds of domestic and foreign customers and increases their level of understanding of Tanin Arad's high-quality products market. ● Marketing research from the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East and Europe and Central Asia to collect commercial information on products and achieve a general understanding of the demands, needs, and desires of the market and consumers regarding the goods and services of our company ● Evaluating marketing and new sales in export markets, controlling and monitoring the flow of goods for domestic and international markets, and presenting the results to the relevant managers. ● Supervising the preparation of documents such as invoices, receipts, warranty agreements, etc. ● Monitoring the transportation of goods in accordance with the regulations to speed up the process of exporting and importing goods and eliminating delays.

Requirements

● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and in a group in the marketing and sales organization. ● Master's degree in Applied Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, or MBA graduate. ● Sales experience in the international market, especially in the UAE and the Persian Gulf. ● At least five years of work experience. ● Ability to do group work. ● Ability to lead and manage. ● Proficient in the psychology of sales, export, and customs affairs.
