Senior Foreign Commercial Expert (Istanbul Turkish): ● Finding goods and services for the company at the best value regarding quality and price from foreign suppliers, for the life science, food, and beverage, and oil&gas industry. List of responsibilities: ● Identify suppliers of goods and services. ● Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc. ● Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. ● Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders. ● Analyze invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered. ● Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company. ● Find the best forwarders for the goods and estimate shipping fees. Report to the sourcing manager. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm. ● Travel requirements: Some overseas travel to attend exhibitions. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: end-of-year profit share.
