Job Description
The objective of the role: Considering the importance of export activities as the main economic growth policy, we in SPF Group as the Producer, Seller and Distributor of the FIRST and TOP Energy Drink Beverages in Iran (HYPE, Happy Life,…) intends to invite talented ones to supply our customers throughout the Middle East, Asia, and East Africa. List of responsibilities: ● Communicating sincerely and effectively with current customers and making effective connections with potential customers. ● Searching, finding, and categorizing customers in targeted areas. ● Tracking and pursuing sales procedures inside the company (from Production to Customs Clearance). ● Prepare requested files such as product list and catalogs, Product Order (PO), Proforma Invoice(PI), Shipping Documents (Invoice, Packing list, COO, and Health Certificate). ● Prepare presentation for specific meetings. ● Prepare Market Research analysis and Reports. ● Flexible for international trips related to your job. ● Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain. ● Length of probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Negotiable.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, or related fields (Equivalent work experience in the export field is also accepted). ● Minimum 5 years of experience in export or international sales (preferably in the Middle East, Asia, and East Africa), with complete mastery over export procedures especially in food and beverage products. ● Fluency in English, with strong communication and business negotiation skills (The priority is to hire a candidate who knows Arabic or Turkish) ● General computer skills including Office, Internet, and Photoshop. ● Familiar with laws and regulations governing the Export industry and related systems (EPL, NTSW, Iran trading, customs, etc).
