Job Description

● Own the eCRM communication programs across marketing automation systems. ● Take the lead in developing the eCRM roadmap, through regular progress meetings. ● Improve the quality of campaigns and encourage the use of eCRM as a digital channel. ● Develop KPIs for eCRM metrics with the customer insight manager, and monitor performance. ● Responsible for optimization of conversion rates. ● Responsible for providing useful insights from channels for other departments.

● Ability to data-driven decision-making. ● High attention to detail. ● Ability to present results and recommendations to different key stakeholders. ● Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a task delivery mentality. ● Disciplined hard worker and collaborative team player. ● Able to work under pressure.
