Job Description

Senior EA&BPM Specialist: An EA&BPM Senior Specialist [BPM], will work with the EA&BPM supervisor in the leading role of head of enterprise engineering and transformation. She/he will be responsible for making sure that adequate inputs are served to the current enterprise architecture and business process management practices to support the decision-making process in related domains. The BPM should have great documentation skills including writing and modeling business concepts. ● Reports to the EA&BPM supervisor. Job Objectives: Elaboration of architectural artifacts and leading the continuous improvement of processes. Responsibilities: ● Create value for the enterprise by supporting the decision-making process based on informative architectural models. ● Model the current state of the architecture. ● Maintain architectural artifacts of the enterprise. ● Play an active role in improving the enterprise processes mostly based on digital technologies including automation projects, implementation of applications, and data exploitation initiatives. ● Model the as-is state of processes and play an effective role in designing the to-be state. ● Prepare required documents to support integrated management systems. ● Conduct initiatives for modifying methods, procedures, and work processes in the enterprise with the coordination and cooperation of process owners. ● Control the proper execution of business processes, procedures, and instructions.
