Job Description

● Track customers' journeys in each service and define touchpoints. ● Find solutions to reduce pain points and improve the CX metrics. ● Create different evaluations to collect users' feedback and analyze them for action plans. ● Manage projects to improve CX. ● Prepare monthly data-driven reports that show customers’ pain points and solutions to reduce them.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields. ● Strong written and verbal communication. ● Strong presentation skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. ● Strong critical thinking skills. ● Excellent communication and soft skills. ● Experience in UX research, performance management, and UX design is a plus.
