Senior Customer Insights Analyst

Job Description

At Agah Group, we are looking for a senior customer insights analyst who is responsible for gathering and analyzing data about customers. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities: ● Set up data and insight practices and structure D&I initiatives in a call center to capture customer insight. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer segmentation models and methodologies. ● Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions from data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences. ● Use automated tools (including the google set of tools and other data analyzing tools) to extract data from primary and secondary sources in order to generate customer insight. ● Filter, monitor, analyze and interpret data trends on customer call and ticket activity performance also all customer-related SLAs and KPIs to generate regular (daily, monthly, and quarterly) reports. ● Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for customer behavior diagnosis and prediction ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights are integrated into decision-making. ● Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. ● Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
