Job Description
● Manage construction projects to realize the schedule and quality of the project.
● Prepare and implement the project plan and budget for all designated construction projects.
● Purchase materials and justification of costs and impact on the budget.
● Prepare financial and accounting reports of the project.
● Perform daily transactions.
● Assist in the municipal approval process for building permits.
● Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
● Establish effective relationships with stakeholders.
