● Oversee ordering, assortment, and commercial KPIs in online vendors.
● Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations, etc.
● Manage key drivers of growth, such as multi-penetration of categories.
● Manage our promotional investments to optimize ROI while increasing basket size.
● Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.
● Prepare business plans to serve our customers best while we succeed in company objectives.
● Lead product promotions and P&L per vendor.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Management, or other related fields.
● More than 5 years of professional experience as a commercial manager or similar role in e-commerce or q-commerce industries.
● Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, often ambiguous environment, with multiple streams, topics, and stakeholders to manage.
● Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
● Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills.
