Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Senior Business Development Specialist. He or she is responsible for Strategic Planning, OKR Setting, tracking, and analyzing different market metrics concluding important insights for making important decisions, and responsible for monitoring and researching similar markets to identify improvements and best strategies. We can say that Senior Business Development Specialist has one of the most important roles in our team that can give the best vision of market competition and business strategy. Responsibilities: ● Market research, analyze, visualize and interpret market data to address strategic needs. ● Deliver valuable insights that give shape to strategy plans across multiple markets and lines of business. ● Perform a thorough analysis of international and regional industry leaders and their best practices. ● Monitor emerging business models and other important market trends in Q-commerce and adjacent markets across the globe. ● Monitor the local competitive landscape. ● Prepare and propose business cases and proposals to the top management based on lessons learned from research. ● Formulate go-to-market strategies for entering new markets or launching new business lines. ● Plan strategic target of business and define OKR for all departments. ● Monitor business main projects and processes and solve issues by proposing and implementing new processes.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least three years of work experience in the field of data analysis, market research, and business strategy or business development. ● Business strategy and market research skill set are so important. ● Data analyzing and delivering insights through market study. ● Strong strategic analysis, and critical and analytical thinking. ● Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills in creating detailed reports. ● Good ability to interpret financial statements and build a strategic budget plan. ● Advanced Excel knowledge, document visualization, and BPM tools. ● Advanced English proficiency. ● Enthusiastic for learning and self-development.
