Job Description

Job purpose: ● Supporting brand strategy formulation and leading its execution to deliver sales, market share, and consumer fundamentals (Top of Mind, Awareness, Trial, and Usage). ● Monitoring market trends and recommending plans (ATL, TTL, and BTL) to deliver brand KPIs. ● Working cross-functionally including with sales, trade marketing, innovation, R&D, Sourcing, and Finance to deliver innovation and marketing plans. Job description: ● Develop and implement overall brand marketing strategy, annual plan, brand packaging, and promotions. ● Lead brand media planning, advertisement, and fundamentals. ● Confirm the review of market research outcomes with an analysis of performance vs. competition and recommend specific actions. ● Manage new product development to ensure the generation of effective results. ● Develop and contribute to the preparation of the Marketing section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs or revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified. ● Supervise the day-to-day operations of Marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures. ● Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet Savola and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing. ● 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG with proven experience in a multi-national or local leading-edge company. ● Excellent Windows and MS Office knowledge. ● Advanced English knowledge. ● Good knowledge of sales fundamentals. ● At least one successful leadership experience. ● Strong business knowledge. ● Comprehensive customer and supplier knowledge. ● Strong organizational knowledge. ● Excellent media planning and optimizing.
