Job Description
● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans.
● Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
● Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services for a brand.
● Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
● Develop and implement product go-to-market plans with all departments to execute and Make budgeting of sales and marketing based on the strategies.
● Prepare, deploy and implement marketing campaigns and measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
● Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful plans.
● Provide the marketing director with related reports.
● Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorship activities.
● Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues and then analyze the competition market.
● Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
