The mission of the senior area operations manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply-side sales function by optimizing supply utilization, improving supply-side satisfaction, and increasing sales. The senior area operations manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall performance of our supply chain while maintaining high levels of quality and compliance. Ultimately, the senior area operations manager's mission is to help drive the success and growth of our e-commerce businesses by ensuring that the supply side is operating at its highest level. Responsibilities: ● Increase sales teams' stability so that there are no respective months with fluctuated target achievement. ● Increase efficiency of the area up to more than 90 percent in three months. ● Achieve at least 95 percent of monthly targets. ● Increase sales from the supply side by 20 percent within the first six months through targeted sales and marketing initiatives. ● Resolve legal issues in the area in 6 months.
