Job Description
● Provide inventory and purchase accounting reports to the relevant manager.
● Carry out the treasury, warehouse, sales, property, and foreign orders.
● Update and control customer accounts and provide necessary reports.
● Control account balances and their discrepancies.
● Control purchase and sales invoices and invoices.
● Prepare and send value-added declarations and quarterly reports.
● Assist in preparing tax returns and financial statements.
● Refer to offices and institutions to perform tasks assigned by the management.
● Supervise daily financial operations in the company (payroll, invoicing, etc.).
● Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly management reports and analysis of accounting records, financial statements, or other management reports.
● Responsible for planning, taxation, VAT, insurance, etc. by providing various financial reports.
