Job Description

● Answer telephone calls and connect callers to the appropriate place. ● Follow up on matters assigned by the company. ● Receive and archive customer documents. ● Manage the sending and receiving of documents sent by managers. ● Prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Keep the minutes of the meetings by taking notes and preparing the minutes of the meeting and following up on the performance of duties by the owners of the duties within the prescribed time limit. ● Archive all meeting documents including minutes, minutes, and backup documents. ● Type and proofread letters, emails, etc. ● Support for service affairs. ● Conduct research and collect data. ● Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the relevant supervisor or manager.

Requirements
