Job Description

● Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that HR and administration operations are run efficiently. ● Act as the point of contact between the department and colleagues. ● Liaise with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks. ● Execute administration tasks, including phone calls, emails, letters, travel arrangements, and other similar tasks. ● Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents. ● Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports. ● Set appointments, interviews, meetings, and so on. ● Engage in event planning.

Requirements

● Ability to prioritize tasks and organize a daily workload by priorities. ● A proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making skills. ● Well-developed organizational skills. ● Attention to detail. ● Fluent in English. ● Gender preference: Female/Male. ● Professional level of written communication skills (Persian and English). ● Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts. ● Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. ● In-depth understanding of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Experience in administration-related software (like PW Kara) is an advantage. ● Ideal age range: 22 to 40 years old.
