Sea Freight Operations Expert's focus is to manage sea freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management coordinating with the sales, accounting, and management departments
● Correspondence with international and local agents, carriers, NVOCC for pricing and operations purposes.
● Monitoring sea shipments from A-Z.
● Documentation, and liaising with agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
● Shipment management using company software.
● Delivery orders, warehouse receipt, and EPL.
● Generate monthly reports for the management.
● Salary: Negotiable.
