Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. ● Facilitate team for better creativity, and improve the efficiency of the development team. ● Responsible to remove the impediments for the Scrum team, possessing conflict resolution. ● Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meetings, and act as a safeguard for a team. ● Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them. ● Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to satisfy customers. ● Assist with internal and external communication, and improve transparency. Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. ● More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master for an SW development team applying Scrum principles and practices. ● Experience with a variety of Agile techniques such as User Stories, CI, TDD, Automated Testing, and Agile games. ● Understand the fundamentals of software development processes and iterative development. ● Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics. ● Experience in the hosting industry and back-end development. ● Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate). ● Age range: 23 to 35 years old. Personal Attributes: ● Excellent communication and mentoring skills. ● Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner. ● Able to lead the team to self-organization. ● Able to facilitate discussion, alternatives, or different approaches.
