Job Description

Core responsibilities: ● Lead the team in using Agile mindset and scrum practices. ● Remove impediments and coach the development team on removing impediments. ● Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. ● Organize and facilitate the Sprint session (Daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective, grooming). ● Capture end-of-day metrics and prepare burn-down and burn-up charts for daily stand-up. ● Update the current release’s release plan based on completed stories and changes from the sprint. ● Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

● Leadership skills. ● Strong structural thinking. ● Influencing skills. ● Interviewing skills. ● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Verbal communication skills. ● Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. ● Understanding customers. ● Ability to communicate in technical terms with the development team. ● Ability to communicate the backlog to the product owner. ● More than 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
