Job Description

RIKS management: Acting as risk coordinator which is responsible for coordinating risk management activities within their assigned delivery team areas. In particular risk coordinators shall: ● Prepare risk management plan, procedure, and risk assessment matrix. ● Coordinate with economic analysis for analyzing NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis, ERM heat map, quantitative analysis decision tree, etc. ● Train new focal point for risk identification and follow-up risk registry updating monthly. ● Liaise with project team members in their delivery team areas to ensure that all proposed risks are addressed to risk coordinators for screening. ● Coordinate regular meetings with risk owners to review the status of the risk. ● Liaise with the risk manager on all aspects relating to risk management in their own delivery areas. ● Monitor overdue risk responses and address them appropriately. Change management: Acting as change committee secretary to: ● Manage each approval, and change in order to keep the scope of the project under control with full traceability. ● Make sure each approved change is distributed to key project stakeholders. ● Manage the impact of approved changes to project objectives i.e., scope, time, and cost. ● Enable the timely implementation of each accepted change. ● Allow the impact of all changes to be understood, documented, and managed. ● Assure that when changes are introduced, new risks are not knowingly introduced without proper mitigation. ● Ensure that all proposed changes are identified, evaluated, and approved in a controlled manner at the earliest opportunity before the contractor makes any instructions or commitments. ● Ensure that the process for evaluation of changes takes into due consideration all technical, HSE, quality, legal, operational, cost, and schedule implications. ● Ensure the approved changes are well performed and documented. Claim management: responsible for logging all events that impact Project Time, Cost, and scope. An event log is a “log file" that is: ● Analyzed and monitored for higher level "network intelligence." It captures all logon sessions to a network, at the program level between program and client. ● Prepare a monthly report in PMR to top management.

Requirements

● 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management. ● Experience in E&P projects and valid references. ● ISO 31000 audit and implementation: An expert knowledge of ISO31000 risk management principles and is able to give a comprehensive illustration on how those principles are being applied in highly complex circumstances. ● Ability to control and manage people, resources, and facilities available in sensitive and unpredictable situations.
