Job Description

● Maintain an effective filing system, thereby ensuring and improving the accessibility of data. ● Gather relevant data and information. ● Process or ensure data entry into the database. ● Control and check the processed data ● Maintain the master data of the database. ● Ensure sourcing of required materials and services in line with the Company procurement guidelines and in agreement with Procurement requirements. ● Execute administrative activities ● Answer the telephone in line with the Company standards. ● Put callers through or convey messages to the appropriate person. ● Check on telephone follow ups. ● Deal directly with incoming basic telephone queries to ensure optimal telephone call follow ups. ● Handle correspondence efficiently and effectively and ensure effective mail follow ups. ● Write and/or answer letters, memoranda, mail, reports and fax messages. ● Ensure composed correspondence is checked and signed by the appropriate person. ● Send correspondence to the appropriate parties. ● Scan, register and dispatch incoming mail to the appropriate person(s).

Requirements

● Supply chain knowledge. ● Communication and written skills. ● Desktop tools knowledge. ● Planning and organization skills. ● At least 2 years of related experience and Bachelor's degree in Administration fields. In case of having an associated degree should have at least 4 years of experience. ● According to Iranian Job Classification Principles, replacement of working experience and education is also possible for this position. ● Familiar with Supply chain process and activities. ● Sufficient knowledge of purchasing, contracting and warehouse activities and Inter-unit cooperation. ● Experienced in internal office automation and ERP systems.
