Job Description
● SAP implementation projects and support in an ECC 6.0 environment for projects, enhancements, and support fixes.
● Perform SAP MM module configuration to meet business requirements.
● Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and other technical enhancements
● Advocate best practice process redesign with relevant business partners.
● Conduct knowledge transfer to SAP Team and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
● Create procedures in accordance with the process approach.
● Solve complex problems within their work team.
● Prepare statistical and data reports, including usage trends and analysis.
● Troubleshoot and accurately record caller’s requests/problems.
● Provide remote and on-site support to all end-users.
