Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to analyze, design, set, implement and support the system solutions in order to meet the needs of human resources and to publish the process-oriented culture in the organization. ● To implement and control projects related to ERP solutions in the field of human resources. ● To interact with the senior analyst of human resource systems in order to identify the needs and feasibility for implementation in the system. ● To interact with other members of the ERP team and data analysis team in order to advance inter-module processes. ● To perform the technical tests related to ERP solutions in the field of human resources. ● To test the management reports and business intelligence dashboards in the absence of reports in the standard system. ● To prepare, compile, and timely submit documents related to system projects in the field of human resources. ● To support the executive systems and processes in the field of human resources in order to ensure the correct registration of information and transactions. ● To train the users on issues related to working processes and software in the field of human resources. ● To acquire basic knowledge in the field of financial and accounting modules. ● To maintain up-to-date knowledge about the newest SAP software development in the field of human resources. ● To provide daily reports to the direct manager.
