To lead and expand a team that offers sales and marketing, technical support, and service for European industrial coatings, we are seeking a results-driven, technically proficient manager with strong leadership skills who can manage and improve the efficiency of our organization's sales and operations in an international setting, improve employee performance, and implement our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading a team and managing the operations and processes related to the business, such as sales, marketing, HR, Research, IT, etc.; he/she will be responsible for improving the standard of work from employees as well as hiring and onboarding new team members. Reports to the managing director and acts on behalf of the managing director in his absence. Duties: ● Managing staff. ● Directing the sales and marketing team. ● Managing human resources requirements. ● Improving information systems. ● Developing operating procedures and policies. ● Collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders. ● Launching new strategic business units. ● Disbursing funds to departments, and monitoring budgets. ● Implementing strategies and reporting to directors. ● Analyzing financial data.


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or other similar Engineering fields; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or MBA or DBA graduates. ● At least 8 years of industry-related experience. ● Entrepreneurial experience. ● At least 3 years of related experience in management. Competencies: ● Mastery of business, engineering, human resources, sales, industrial marketing, and budget management. ● Written and spoken fluency in English is a must. ● Proficiency in German is a plus. Skills: ● Reliable and self-motivated. ● Strong leadership and people-management qualities and teamwork. ● Superior problem-solving skills: Independently identify issues and create solutions. ● Exceptional organizational skills. ● Strategic thinking. ● Crisis management. ● Good communication skills and empathy. ● Age range: 35 to 49 years old.
