● Follow up with sales performance (volume, price per channel, value, number of invoices, number of active customers) versus shared target per mentioned KPIs and provide a report to the sales team.
● Provide the sales team with necessary analysis in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales review meetings.
● Assist head of sales on sales department budget and spending including PFME and Total Trade Spend (TTS) budget.
● Participate in the field with or without the sales team daily and weekly, review meetings, and provide necessary reports and feedback to the sales manager.
● Calculate ROI (Return on Investment) for any sales promotion.
● Liaise with other divisions/departments (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure integration of sales administration processes.
● Ensure the adaptation of all Excel tools that will allow the business unit manager to track and analyze business-related data.
● Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information and direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
● Ensure strong administrative support to the sales manager.
● Assist in the annual budgeting process, annual volume forecast, and integrated commercial plan.
● Track company sales by channel and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
● Calculate salesforce monthly incentives.
● Ensure key meetings are organized and held on a regular basis to support the information exchange between different functions and draw minutes of meetings.
Requirements
● Full knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in Excel.
● At least 3 years of experience in sales and sales support.
● Sales and service-oriented.
● Experience in this field will be an advantage.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Business Management or other related fields.
● Result-focused.
● Multi-task.
