Job Description

POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Head Office/ Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time. POSITION SUMMARY In this role, you are responsible for Supporting the Sales function through preparation and providing required Sales data along with Analysis and suggestions. As a sales support executive, you need to organize and lead the sales support process to sales management, ensuring efficient and synchronized execution of administration, analysis, audit, key meeting, and providing valuable information to our sales team A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Providing and generating standard tools, reports, and process: ● Providing standard multiple reports such as IMS, consolidation, area profile, and sales details ● Generating a number of dashboards namely coverage and Sales Trend on a monthly basis ● Analysis Report and providing profitability reporting for NUT business ● Responsible for capturing all trade spending’s in CRM for the respective country in alignment with channel category sales development and highlighting any issues related to activities on CRM liaising with Nestle business service center. ● Insures good coordination with distribution for higher customer satisfaction. ● Calculate and execute the service charges quarterly. ● Handle the asset custodian role on SAP (adding, removing, amending assets details). ● Responsible for all purchase-to-pay transactions for Nestlé professional department. ● Responsible for clearing dispute cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales. ● Controls van sales representative's invoices. ● Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participating in Sales team key meetings by setting direction and building coordination with planning. ● Tabulates the monthly objectives/incentives for the sales force and compares them with achievements. ● Monitor the sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and versus the promotion allocation, quantities during consumer promotions by salesperson, provide the team with necessary analysis, and update Sales Managers accordingly. ● Coordinates with the line manager to allocate quantities of premiums during consumer promotions to the salesmen and the different trade channels. ● Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in the country. ● Coordination with salesforce and NBS for the creation of new customers on SAP. ● Develop and keep the direct delivery call cycle updated on a daily and monthly basis. ● Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle instructions and local country codes.
