Job Description

● Immediate responsible for reaching adhesive company sales targets in the respective territory. ● Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs. ● Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales targets and increase sales. ● Implement sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the company. ● Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in line with company targets. ● Lead team development and training in a positive spirit driving. ● Manage all administration tasks related to his respective team. ● Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed the goal.

Requirements

● At least an Associate's degree. ● 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG. ● Significant experience coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance. ● Strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. ● Highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission. ● People-centered, supportive and flexible in order to get the most out of his/her team. ● Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs. ● Acceptable computer skills and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). ● Ability to motivate and lead a team.
