Your mission in ZarrinRoya is to organize and manage the salespeople of the region and set the appropriate goals for salespeople in order to achieve the company's sales goals.
● To prepare the necessary reports from the sales system for presenting to the sales managers.
● To route and update the routes for the use of salespeople.
● To carry out the necessary activities, including coordination and follow-up of holding sales meetings in order to realize and achieve sales goals.
● To attend in the region in the form of OTG (on the ground) and back check to monitor the attendance and performance of salespeople.
● To attend in the region and communicate directly with the dissatisfied customers to solve the problems and dissatisfactions.
● To prepare and present the suggestions and criticisms to managers for increasing sales.
● To control the coverage type of salespeople to be on the route.
● To prepare and design a specific plan to grow sales and cover the region.
● To provide the necessary training to sales colleagues for increasing sales and accelerating the socialization process.
Requirements
● At least an Associate's degree in Statistics, Management, or other related fields.
● 3 years of experience.
● Fluent in region recognition negotiation principles and techniques.
● Fluent in planning and organizing.
● Fluent in business and sales processes.
● Outcome-oriented.
● Consumer-oriented.
● Effective communications skills.
