Job Description
● Transfer of products knowledge, business environment, and sales technics to medical representatives and their evaluation to ensure the learning and application of the above information in a business atmosphere, used properly.
● Lead medical representatives to apply products knowledge, information on business and sales technics, including preparation, goal setting, obtaining information from customers, convincing customers, and finally conclusion and retracing customers.
● Introduction and offering promotional items to medical representatives, motivating and convincing them to apply built-in IT systems for on-time presentation of periodical plans and the relevant reports as well as giving information on other areas to the team members or other organizational colleagues that lead to the circulation of information and more optimal effectiveness of the team.
● Lead team through the successive presence in the field and creating a reliable and trustworthy atmosphere and teamwork morale among members of the team and regular weekly meetings in person or T.C. with the entire team members for evaluation and direction.
● Hold monthly meetings with the sales manager to present the upcoming month plans and performance report of the previous month.
● Create a cooperative atmosphere and promote teamwork morale with other organizational teams to coordinate on optimizing and strength points for enhancing the accomplishment of major goals of the organization.
● Motivation and productivity morale in the organization through offering development programs for group individuals including delegating some responsibilities, continuous training, and support in the field.
● Continuous control of business through evaluation of medical representatives’ performance, way of planning, and targeting medical representative, sales trend of products within management areas, monitoring rivals, purchase behavior of customers through weekly meetings.
● Proposition and predictions in terms of products sales trends required activities in the area under management, human resources, and required budgeting.
● Achieve qualitative goals designated in the tactical plan in the management area.
● Execute tactical plan in terms of planning and implementing group activities, participating in seminars and congresses, participation in virtual activities, and consumption of designated budget in the best possible way to gain maximum effectiveness.
● Present quarter reports based on the qualitative and quantitative performance of team members by the end of each quarter.
● Monitor sales trend of customers allocated to each representative through receiving related reports from B.S. and discussing them in weekly meetings with team members to inform them about the increasing trend of their customers.
