Job Description

  • Determine and develop sales strategies.
  • Establish clear sales goals for the week, month, and year.
  • Hold and manage sales meetings.
  • Lead and coach team members.
  • Analyze and report monthly sales results.
  • Manage and direct sales channels.
  • Analyze target market and market share.
  • Sales budget control.
  • Monitor the number of customers and review and analyze performance.
  • Continuous reference, continuous review, and classification of problems in the field of product sales and planning to solve them.
  • Organizational sales management.
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, consulting, and product knowledge training.
  • Follow up on sales experts and analyze their performance.
  • Provide reports to senior managers about the performance of sales team members.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize the conversion rate.
  • Provide necessary training to sales experts, especially when presenting new strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or related fields.
  • Experiences in the FMCG industry.
  • 3 years of work experience in a managerial position.
