Job Description

  • Ensure the implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Present and sell company products to current and potential distributors.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential distributors' relationships.
  • Monitor the retailers' performance in their areas.
  • Prepare distributors' orders according to the targets and consider account receivable reports.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, Territory scoreboard (TSB), and any other daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors’ visitors and help them to achieve the target.
  • Manage people who are under his supervision.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
  • Ability to train, motivate and promote the sales team.
  • Leadership and supervisory competencies.
  • Communication skills.
  • Follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
