Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate medical representatives’ schedules, plan work schedules and timetables, plan and implement an effective call plan.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly medical representative performance and sales metrics.
  • Organize and coordinate medical representative monthly mission.
  • Prepare mission quarter plan according to sales, event, etc.
  • Plan and build effective business relationships and regular visit with health care partners, doctors, customers, and distribution.
  • Distribute samples to licensed practitioners.
  • Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area and main competitors' activities.
  • Prepare an action plan and review it twice a year.

Requirements

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Veterinary, or Pharmacy.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ideal age range: 28 to 40 years old.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
