Job Description

● Identify new customers. ● Supervise the sales team. ● Provide continuous sales performance reports to management. ● Carry out necessary negotiations with customers and provide advice in order to correctly identify the needs of customers. ● Implement sales strategies.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, or Commerce. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Ability to manage subordinates. ● High ability to communicate effectively. ● Getting to know the construction industry. ● At least seven years of work experience in the sales department. ● Proficient in English.
