● Establish strong and continuous communication with various departments including finance, marketing, warehouse, and legal to coordinate activities and advance sales goals.
● Plan and direct the buying and selling of suppliers and sellers to reach the set daily, monthly and annual targets and to obtain the expected market share.
● Negotiate to purchase goods from reliable companies with the right price and quantity and combination, registration of documents, coordination of delivery and payment, and planning of goods sales.
● Market analysis, checking and comparing the prices and other conditions of the company's products with competitors and the market.
● Negotiate and establish strong relationships with suppliers and follow up until the contract is signed.
● Prepare required reports and analyses on a routine basis to present to managers.
● Cooperate with the customer affairs unit in purchasing support and advice.
Requirements
● Experience working in an online store is a unique advantage.
● Communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, flexibility, organizational thinking, and accuracy.
● At least four years of B2B, B2C and B2G sales experience.
● Proficient in business management, sales, marketing, or related fields.
● Sales experience in the HA/AV industry is a plus.
● Familiarity with IT and technology brands.
● Proficient in telephone sales and telephone sales techniques.
● Strong people management and communication skills.
● Age range: 30 to 45 years old.
