● Ensure the implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
● Present and sell company products to current and potential distributors.
● Establish and maintain current and potential distributors' relationships.
● Monitor the retailers' performance in their areas.
● Prepare distributors' orders according to the targets and consider account receivable reports.
● Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
● Identify and resolve customer concerns.
● Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, Territory scoreboard (TSB), and any other daily, weekly and monthly reports.
● Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
● Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors’ visitors and help them to achieve the target.
● Manage people who are under his supervision.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience in a related industry.
● Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
● Ability to train, motivate and promote the sales team.
● Leadership and supervisory competencies.
● Communication skills.
● Follow-up skills.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
