Job Description

● Manage the development and implementation of tactical sales plans. ● Ensure that sales forces are fully focused on specific goals. ● Determine the desired KPIs to track sales force activities. ● Ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods and tools. ● Provide a useful solution to advance the company's goals. ● Maintain constructive relationships with key customers.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. ● Master's degree, preferably related to Sales or Marketing. ● Good command of medicinal supplements. ● Good command of computer knowledge. ● Good command of English. ● Product knowledge and market understanding. ● No restrictions for travel, if needed. ● Active and motivated. ● Innovative and independent person. ● Problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and customer satisfaction. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Team player, and result-oriented.
