Job Summary: This position is accountable for all aspects of sales planning tasks including targeting, reporting, following up, and finally controlling and monitoring all the sales operations based on the role assigned to her/him. The person in this position should create, organize and implement all sales plans in line with target and market demands. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: ● Aggregate, compile, analyze and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders. ● Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations. ● Work efficiently and regularly checking to optimize existing and ad-hoc reports. ● Lead and manage a team and keep them motivated by properly defined activities. ● Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and new products. ● Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes. ● Monitor competitors’ activities. ● Follow up target achievement at different levels, find the deviation and inform related stakeholders and participate to design and implement corrective actions. ● Receive and review the sales report, comparing it with the plan, determining the deviations, and contradictions with the plan and target, and preparing and presenting the sales planning reports (including sales analytical reports such as the report on the realization of target, the process of changes, deviations from the plan and discrepancies). ● Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities. ● Propose ways to increase sales and coordinate with relevant teams. ● Coordinate with the product development team, following up and planning their sales. ● Analyze the trend and KPI of sales teams in different periods to investigate the causes of their increase or decrease to propose corrective action to improve. ● Prepare and track daily orders according to the needs of the sales teams and forecast the market on a weekly basis. ● Develop and update for optimizing procedures and guidelines related to sales processes. ● Review effective factors in planning and their effectiveness in formulating an optimal plan. ● Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders. ● Participate in coordination meetings with related units regarding sales planning. ● Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning. ● Participate proactively in target allocation and commission model policy setup. ● Coordinate the sales planning team and help to recruit and train new employees.

Requirements

● Expert in MS Office, especially Excel. ● Expert in required analytical tools. ● High level of detail orientation. ● Accurate and punctual. ● Skilled to lead a team properly and team building. ● Keep the team motivated and propose for promotion plan for the team. ● Skilled in quantitative and prediction methods. ● Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. ● More than five years of work experience in FMCG in a similar department and more than two years in similar roles. ● Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. ● Good communication and written and spoken skills in both Farsi and English. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Ability to work well and deliver under pressure. ● Familiarity with Excel Data Models. ● Familiar with VBA and Macro. ● Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
