● Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and upcoming products.
● Target and formulate sales policies across branches and sales channels.
● Calculate and control of commission of all the distributors and sales individuals.
● Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes.
● Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● More than 3 years of experience in the same position.
● Good knowledge of English.
● Advanced in Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL Server, and R.
● Familiar with Python and Gams.
● Familiar with the FMCG industry.
● Ability to analyze data and reports.
● Excellent in team working.
