Job Description

● Carry out matters related to organizing and updating the customer database and conducting market research and preparing relevant reports. ● Determine to determine the operational objectives for the sale is done based on the conditions of supply of units and management policies. ● Coordinate and track receipts and set up to the level of marketers. ● Receive and review sales reports of sellers and compare with the program and determine deviations and discrepancies with the program and submit reports to superiors. ● Examine the orders issued and make the necessary corrections. ● Provide unit sales report and sales analysis, review regional trends and conditions and review unit targeting. ● Prepare and adjust analytical reports such as targeting, change trends, deviations from the program and discrepancies, input and output of goods, and the like to present to superiors. ● Participation and consensus in policymaking and establishment of sales and marketing unit processes؛ ● Carry out coordination within the organization, including various units of sales, finance, supply, and distribution, etc... ● Announcing the price list of products determined by the management of the sales unit and analyzing the sales data and related targets. ● Prepare required reports. ● Management of required software and organizational systems Inventory control and project control to the extent required by the unit.

Requirements

● Fluent in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Familiar with Microsoft 360 degree CRM software. ● Have relevant work experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.
