Sales Planning and Support Manager

Job Description

We are recruiting a sales planning and support manager to support the sales department in sales reporting, sales analysis, and sales planning through receipt, delivery, and exchange of data liaising in between all related functions to sales: supporting functions of logistics, supply chain, and front functions of finance, demand-supply planning. Responsibilities: ● Follow up with sales performance (volume, price per channel, value, number of invoices, number of active customers) versus shared target per mentioned KPIs and provide a report to the sales team. ● Provide the sales team with necessary analysis in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales review meetings. ● Assist head of sales on sales department budget ● Participate in distribution centers' daily and weekly operational review meetings and provide necessary reports and feedback to the sales manager. ● Liaise with other divisions/departments (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure integration of sales administration processes. ● Ensure the adaptation of all Excel tools that will allow the General Business Manager (GBM) to track and analyze Business related data. ● Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information and direct feedback from customers to relevant departments. ● Ensure strong administrative support to the sales manager. ● Assist in the annual budgeting process, annual volume forecast, and integrated commercial plan. ● Track company sales by channel and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU). ● Calculate salesforce monthly incentives.
