Job Description

● To implement the end-to-end process of applying new changes in sales products and services from requirement gathering to launching the product. ● To follow the development of new features and applications within S&D products and services based on the research, gap analysis, and best practices aligned with sales strategies and initiatives. ● To interface with sales and distribution departments for prompt service delivery to customers by best quality at sales Products and Services. ● To perform analysis, design, and development of associated sales channel systems and applications for increasing the quality of channels and enhancing point of sales support systems and processes. ● To implement the development of new features and applications within S&D products and services based on research, gap analysis, and best practices aligned with sales strategies and initiatives. ● To follow the implementation of technology approach within S&D processes to ensure continuous enhancement of S&D support systems. ● To liaise with all S&D departments to collect and analyze their requirements for new and current products and services. ● To analyze the requirements of different S&D departments and document detailed product specifications (URS) and also user stories and customer journeys for new sales product and services ideas, enhancements, and changes and submit it in the portal and get required approvals. ● To liaise with ITS and Procurement divisions and prepare required documents for the tender process and evaluate the best vendor for product delivery. ● To participate in different clarification meetings with ITS, vendors, and all related stakeholders in order to finalize the best solution based on S&D requirements analysis. ● To provide required data and documents for preparing business case of new products and services in order to get required budget. ● To provide acceptance criteria for each change on new or current product and services, evaluate, and ensure delivery of product based on these criteria. ● To review required tests for all products and services changes, which have, affect S&D in both Test and Production environments to ensure the quality of delivered products. ● To perform required steps for product launch and rollout in all required geographical locations. ● To follow providing required training programs for new sales products and services and making them available for all sales channels. ● To prepare necessary reports of assigned products and services for management.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, or Management) or related fields; having MBA will be an advantage. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
