● Sales (HNW subunit) resource planning and getting the Sales Director's confirmation.
● Training and developing the team.
● Setting objectives for subordinate positions and performance evaluation.
● Assisting with HNW team members hiring and firing.
● Promoting corporate culture and adherence to company principles.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or an MBA graduate.
● Excellence in communication skills.
● Excellence in negotiation skills.
● Familiarity with marketing and sales of investment products.
● Expert in MS Office.
● Fluency in English.
