As a Sales Manager for Hampar, you'll play a key role in helping our business grow. In this role, your mission will be to cultivate and develop relationships with businesses in the PVC industry.
Equipped with a solid sales strategy (including defining target customers, engagement plans and pricing strategy) you will win new customers in different market segments.
You will also build and manage a pipeline of customers working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to optimize the success of these customers.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
● Experience in stakeholder and customer management.
● Experience in building a pipeline through prospecting and cold-calling customers.
● Ability to think strategically about challenges and to develop recommendations and action plans.
● Excellent communication and influencing skills.
● Ability to speak and write in English and Farsi fluently.
● Experience in the PVC industry.
