● Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products.
● Create synergy among the team through teamwork motivational plans.
● Target and design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
● Visit the market routinely to gather data and supervise the productivity of the sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
● Follow up on the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target.
● Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
● Formulate all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
● Ability to negotiate effectively with customer.
● Ability to guide and lead - motivated and initiative.
● Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
● Full command on sales development.
● Ability to business and finance analysis.
● Ability to work outside of Iran (Russia).
● Ability to short-term and long-term planning.
● At least 7 years of experience in sales.
● Getting to know the export and sales of CIS countries.
● Mastery of Russian is required.
