Job Description

● Trying to realize the policy and goals set by the executive management. ● Supervising purchases and activities of employees in the sales unit. ● Supervising distribution and sales centers or agents selling products. ● Holding continuous meetings with marketing and sales experts to increase sales. ● Checking reports, monitoring the performance of sales agents, and informing them of the results. ● Following up to deliver products and customer services according to the agreed schedule. ● Monitoring the process of issuing pre-invoices and sales invoices. ● Designing marketing and sales plans to increase sales. ● Attending exhibitions related to products and services to learn about the market. ● Analyzing the market of products and services continuously and making decisions. ● Providing regular marketing and sales reports to the executive management.

Requirements

● At least ten years of experience in selling or distributing food products. ● Ability to plan and set goals. ● Creative in marketing and sales management. ● Ability to determine policies and guidelines. ● Having perseverance. ● Mastering the principles and techniques of negotiation. ● High public relations. ● Proficient in marketing and sales processes and principles.
