Job Description

● Branch merchandising management in coordination with the marketing unit. ● Regular visits to stores in cities covered, proper control, and management of vendors. ● Research, launch and develop stores in geographical areas based on company plans. ● Introduce and create coordination to send the company's new products to stores. ● Pursue the achievement of weekly and monthly sales goals and submit a report to the superior manager. ● Solve customer problems, follow up on customer complaints, and respond to reports from the monitoring and mystery shopping unit.

Requirements

● Proper familiarity with English. ● Creative thinking to create sales innovation. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Familiarity with negotiation techniques with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the organization. ● Ability to manage the team, and report and analyze personnel performance. ● Good understanding of online and telephone sales, customer experience, and e-commerce models. ● Fluent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
