Job Description
● Direct and support the consistent implementation of company sales initiatives.
● Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues, through planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
● Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and targets for the sales team.
● Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
● Confer with the top management to develop pricing strategies, with the goal of maximizing profits or share of the market.
● Determine price schedules and discount rates.
● Forecast periodic revenue streams.
● Formulate and optimize sales policies, procedures, and processes.
● Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
● Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, coverage, and method of distribution.
● Monitor the preferences of customers to determine the focus of sales efforts.
● Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products.
● Strengthen and further develop the existing key accounts.
● Work closely with the marketing team on creating and implementing brand strategies.
● Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
● Provide regular assessments of staff performance.
● Lead, motivate and manage sales personnel.
